What payment options do you accept ?
We accept all major international Master, Visa And Amex cards. Indian customers can also pay via Debit Cards / Net Banking / Wallets and EMI. We unfortunately do not have COD option. Please check this link for more details.

You are most welcome to have a cup of coffee with us :). But we do not keep stock as we work on marketplace model.
Are the paintings artist-signed and come with Certificate of Authenticity ?
Paintings directly from artist do come with sign and certificate. Ones from community/dealers do not. Under every painting image, we have mentioned if it is artist signed and comes with a certificate. Please check the same.
Do you ship paintings to international location? What or the shipping charges ?
Yes. We ship our artwork across the globe and the shipping charges are $20 (per unframed painting). We do not ship framed paintings internationally. Please check Shipping & Packaging link for more details.
What are delivery charges for delivery in India ?
Delivery is free in India for all products. We also ship framed artworks in India.
I want to gift the painting to someone. Will you Gift Wrap it and put a message card on it ?
Sure why not. We offer free Gift-wrapping service on both framed and unframed art. Simply select the option for gift wrapping during checkout and put your Gift Message in the comments box.
Do you assist in installation of paintings ?
Sorry no. Indian customers can use online carpentry services from Urbanclap, Housejoy to get it done. We do provide adequate hanging mechanism, and instruction manual.

How can handmade paintings be customized ? Will it be similar with the original painting ?
Our artist recreates the art all over again. The recreated painting will be 85-90% similar with the original painting and 10-15% unique in itself.
What quality of prints can I expect ?
We use the best technology available for prints in the market. We use branded archival pigment inks and branded printers only. We use 12 colors ink to give you the best vibrant prints possible. Our prints are detailed and have life of over 200 years.
Would you visit our site and suggest the suitable artwork and size ?
Sorry we won't be able to. But you can share the images of your wall so that we can give you digital mockups by placing artworks on your wall.
