Description
A pichwai inspired from the popular theme of "Kamal Talai", or Lotus Pond - this artwork is symbolic of the banks of the Yamuna River, where young Krishna spent much of his childhood with his beloved "Gopis", or maidens in the lands of Vraj. 'Pichvai' is derived from two words- 'Pich' meaning back, and 'Vai' meaning hanging. Pichvais are a traditional Indian art form, having originated in Nathdwara, a small town in the Northern part of India.Product Code-ART_8897_72037
