Just fill out a simple form below, put the size you are looking for - and leave the rest to us. Our staff will get back to you within 24 hours with a quote, and process your order further from there. Entire process of ordering custom sized art is described after form below.
Process for requesting customized art is as below :
1. Once you submit the form above, we will study the feasiblity of art and size requested. Most of the custom requests are taken care of.
2. Once we find the art and size feasible for the painting you have selected, we will quote you for the project within 1 working day. We will also send you suitable framing options for the painting.
4. Once you approve of the quote, we will ask you for following details.
a. Name against which invoice should be raised.
b. Billing Address.
c. Shipping Address.
d. Contact Number
e. Frame Choice
5. Once you provide these details, we will then add the order for you in our Backend. You will get automatic notification once order is added.
6. We will send a payment link to your email address that can be used to complete payment. You can pay via Credit Cards / Debit Cards / Net Banking / Cash Cards. You can also pay via NEFT to our bank account (Bank Details provided on Request). 100% advance payment is necessary for Custom Orders.
7. We will start the work on your project as soon as payment is received. Average delivery time for custom projects is between 15-25 days. If your project is urgent we can definately try to make it in quicker time than this (depending on artist availability). Please call or email us at sales@fizdi.com in this case. Some minor surcharge is charged for urgent orders.
8. In cases where project requirements are complicated and require one-to-one communication between artist and customer - we will arrange the same via Call or Whatsapp. Artist will share painting images on stages and based on feedback, will continue to complete the project.9. Once the painting is ready, we will frame it (if opted for) and ship out the same. Tracking code would then be emailed to you.
