Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
We accept returns for artworks ordered in default size, without a frame and delivered in India. Returns are not accepted for artworks ordered in custom size, with a frame or where it's been delivered out of India. Returns are also not accepted for Pinewood artworks, Portraits and any other personalised product we offer on our platform. You can raise a return request from your customer account, or you can email us on email@example.com requesting the same along with Order ID. We will raise a ticket and send you the procedure of return by email and process it further. If your purchased products are eligible for return, then full refunds will issued without any deduction.
Where-ever returns are applicable, you can also opt for store credit instead so that you can exchange it with other artworks on our store matching to the amount paid initially.
You can cancel the orders if they have not been shipped from our end. Cancellation requests are not accepted for artworks that are already framed, custom size artworks and portraits. For more details please check below link
Shipping & Delivery
Most products are delivered in India within 7 to 10 days of placing the order if ordered without a frame. If ordered with a frame - it takes 10 to 14 days for delivery. If delivery location is a remote location or a village, it might take a slightly higher time for delivery. You can always connect to us for knowing the estimated delivery time before placing the order in such cases.
International deliveries (out of India) usually take 10-14 days for unframed paintings to common destinations like USA, Gulf, UK, Europe,Canada, Australia, Asian Countries. Please note this is an estimate, and can vary greatly depending upon the network congestion, customs clearance etc. We do not ship framed paintings and pinewood artworks out of India owing to high courier costs. Ideally paintings don't require much care as its a vertical surface, hence dust doesn't settle quite easily. You can gently dry dust the painting once in a month. You can also gently use a slightly damp cloth and dab it gently over the surface to capture the dust particles. You can do this once in 6 months. Please do not use soap water, detergent, disinfectants or any chemicals over the painting as it might dissolve the colors. Paper and cloth paintings are usually framed with a glass on top, hence the artwork will remain intact. You would just need to clean the glass. Always keep artworks away from direct sunlight and also from walls having water leakage problem, - as both can damage it.
Package Details / Quantity
Unframed artworks are shipped in rolled format in a protective tube. Frame artworks are shipped in a thermocol boxes secured with multiple layers of bubble wraps. It will be delivered to you in perfect condition.
We do not arrange for installation of the artwork. You would need to hire a carpenter or any technician who can drill holes in the walls., and put screws for hanging. We give just the hooks at back of each artwork.
Warranty & Gaurantee Information
We offer 1 year warranty over all our products against cracking, fading, peeling or any other issue that could arise of quality issue. Please note our warranty does not cover accidental or situational damages done to the artwork.
