In this work, I sought to capture the interplay between the rigidity of vertical tree trunks and the softness of a light-infused clearing. The technique relies on masterful, controlled brushwork, building rich oil textures that define the rough bark against the ephemeral blossoms. I utilized refined color modulation with broken hues of gold, orange, and deep violet to resolve the ground, creating a "carpet" where shadows are not dark, but vibrant with reflected color. By softening the distant trees into a hazy, chromatic perspective, the composition conveys atmospheric depth while maintaining the structural integrity of the main stand.
Ideally paintings don't require much care as its a vertical surface, hence dust doesn't settle quite easily. You can gently dry dust the painting once in a month. You can also gently use a slightly damp cloth and dab it gently over the surface to capture the dust particles. You can do this once in 6 months.
Please do not use soap water, detergent, disinfectants or any chemicals over the painting as it might dissolve the colors. Paper and cloth paintings are usually framed with a glass on top, hence the artwork will remain intact. You would just need to clean the glass.
