Lotus Leaves of Evening Time Ð itÕs another version of Jazz Leaves. The use of the colours is a bit impressionist this time and the structure is more solid and structural rather than abstract. The colour of the water is now more realistic with its reflecting features. The leaves come in an unusual colour here as a surprise. And the surprise is a key element of Jazz. The Pink abstract figure to the top right is the embodiment of the joy of creation and aesthetic feelings that we get out of painting or music.
Ideally paintings don't require much care as its a vertical surface, hence dust doesn't settle quite easily. You can gently dry dust the painting once in a month. You can also gently use a slightly damp cloth and dab it gently over the surface to capture the dust particles. You can do this once in 6 months.
Please do not use soap water, detergent, disinfectants or any chemicals over the painting as it might dissolve the colors. Paper and cloth paintings are usually framed with a glass on top, hence the artwork will remain intact. You would just need to clean the glass.
