Morning Hunting Handmade Painting

"Morning Hunting," is my tribute to the electric energy of a coastal morning. I wanted the canvas to feel alive with the collective breath of the community. Look at the sky—those aren't just clouds; they are fire and gold, announcing the arrival of the day and giving thanks for the night.

The people in this scene are the heart of the story. I used these vibrant, high-key colors for their clothes—the shocking pinks, brilliant oranges, and sunny yellows—to show their spirit and the sheer vitality of their work. They are not just figures; they are a single, powerful organism, straining together to push their heavy, traditional fishing boats into the water. This moment, before the boats leave the shore, is a beautiful chaos—a powerful blend of hard work, cooperation, and silent prayers for a good catch.

The two tall palm trees in the foreground act like quiet witnesses, their dark forms contrasting with the light show in the sky. When I painted this, I wasn't just capturing an event; I was capturing the daily ritual—the hustle, the shared anticipation, and the quiet promise that the sea holds for those who work its waters. It’s a celebration of life at its most essential.

Ideally paintings don't require much care as its a vertical surface, hence dust doesn't settle quite easily. You can gently dry dust the painting once in a month. You can also gently use a slightly damp cloth and dab it gently over the surface to capture the dust particles. You can do this once in 6 months.

Please do not use soap water, detergent, disinfectants or any chemicals over the painting as it might dissolve the colors. Paper and cloth paintings are usually framed with a glass on top, hence the artwork will remain intact. You would just need to clean the glass. Always keep artworks away from direct sunlight and also from walls having water leakage problem, - as both can damage it.

• Unframed artworks are shipped in rolled format in a protective tube.
• Framed artworks are shipped in thermocol boxes, secured with multiple layers of bubble wraps.
• We ensure paintings are packed with utmost care to avoid any damage during transit and delivered to you in perfect condition.
• International shipping: Paintings shipped internationally are rolled and shipped in a tube. The painting is not stretched and is not ready to hang. It is meant to be framed by the customer at their local frame shop.
• If paintings are damaged during transit, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

• You may return the painting upto 15 days post the delivery. Please note only the default size painting ordered without frame and delivered in India can be returned.
• The painting should be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• In case the painting is received damaged, please reach out to our customer care within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returns are not accepted for painting ordered in custom size, with a frame or shipped outside India. Please reach out to our customer care if you have any queries.
