An abstract depiction of a nurturing bond, blending warm tones and fluid lines for a serene, reflective mood.
The theme centers around the intimate and nurturing connection between mother and child, symbolizing care, reflection, and unity. The figures seem to mirror each other, representing emotional or spiritual reflection as well.
The painting follows an abstract and figurative style, using soft curves and fluid outlines to form non-realistic human shapes. The lines are simplified, creating a harmonious flow between the figures, adding to the surreal interpretation.
This artwork would be a beautiful addition to a calming space such as a bedroom, meditation room, or a living room. Its serene mood makes it perfect for places where introspection and tranquility are valued. This artwork will complement any room or space beyond those mentioned, depending on individual preference.
The mood of the painting is calm, serene, and reflective. The gentle postures of the figures convey a sense of peace, maternal care, and quiet introspection, creating a tranquil atmosphere.
The composition is balanced and centered, with the larger maternal figure leaning gently towards the smaller child figure. The figures are intertwined, with their flowing forms leading the viewer's eye in a continuous loop, enhancing the theme of connection and reflection.
Dominated by earthy browns and warm golds, the color palette evokes warmth, comfort, and a sense of serenity. The subtle metallic sheen adds depth and dimension, making the figures appear almost luminous.

Dreamy Wash Paintings From the ArtistÕs desk This is a very old technique originated in Shanti Niketan of West Bengal India. Now a days itÕs a dying art as only 5 to 6 people in the country is actually doing it. This is what inspired me. You can find similar paintings in National gallery of Modern art Delhi. I visited the gallery ages ago and was keen to learn this and finally made it. ItÕs a technique where you wash the paper after every coat of color that is applied. I simply over enjoyed doing this painting. This is an Original Handmade painting. Made of heavy gsm / weight paper & water color. this is a unique style of painting called as wash painting. Disclaimer Ð every painting is hand crafted individually & unique in its own. Pictures are just the representation of the actual artwork or painting. In actual the colors will vary slightly due to effect of the camera.
Ideally paintings don't require much care as its a vertical surface, hence dust doesn't settle quite easily. You can gently dry dust the painting once in a month. You can also gently use a slightly damp cloth and dab it gently over the surface to capture the dust particles. You can do this once in 6 months.
Please do not use soap water, detergent, disinfectants or any chemicals over the painting as it might dissolve the colors. Paper and cloth paintings are usually framed with a glass on top, hence the artwork will remain intact. You would just need to clean the glass. Always keep artworks away from direct sunlight and also from walls having water leakage problem, - as both can damage it.
