Tara Ma carries scissors to cut the fine threads of attachment that bind us to suffering, and a sword to slash cleanly through the fog of ignorance. She is both gentle and fierce - a mother who loves her children enough to sever every chain that keeps them small. Attachment to people, identities, possessions, and outcomes: her scissors find them all. And ignorance - the deepest root of all suffering - falls before her sword. This striking digital art print of Tara's sacred weapons celebrates the compassionate fierceness of the goddess who liberates through precise, loving severance of all bonds.
