This painting is about two eternal friends, whose friendship itself is the scale on which the bond between two friends can be measured. What is Friendship? Friendship refers to a kind of relationship between different individuals who care for one another and freely share both positive and bad news. Friendship is usually based and maintained on honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty, compromise, and unconditional favor among others. It has no barriers. There are secrets that you cannot share with your parents, wife, and children. But there is no such thing in the world that cannot be shared with a true friend. The relationship of friendship has no parameters. True friendship is above all worldly ideas such as rich-poor, black-white, caste-creed, beautiful-ugly, religion, and anything that can be ideated. The goal of the painting is to depict how the most powerful man on earth and the poorest man in the universe might have spent their time in Dwarka. In the painting, I have tried to show the simplicity of friendship. The two best friends are sitting and chatting in a garden like children and enjoying the king of fruits, mango.
