The moon has been a fascination since childhood; it will be for almost all of us. A moonlit night ignites imagination and it sprinkles so many colours on our minds. The moon plays different tunes according to our moods; it's like a friend who comes to a silent conversation when we want it so urgently. To watch the moon from my childhood home, from its open terrace is a cherished memory. This painting is all about those memories. It's an acrylic painting on canvas with enough space left on all sides for framing.
Ideally paintings don't require much care as its a vertical surface, hence dust doesn't settle quite easily. You can gently dry dust the painting once in a month. You can also gently use a slightly damp cloth and dab it gently over the surface to capture the dust particles. You can do this once in 6 months.
Please do not use soap water, detergent, disinfectants or any chemicals over the painting as it might dissolve the colors. Paper and cloth paintings are usually framed with a glass on top, hence the artwork will remain intact. You would just need to clean the glass.
